Era (es un acrónimo de Enminential Rythmn of the Ancestors) es un proyecto musical del francés Eric Lévi. En este proyecto, gran parte de las canciones están basadas en el canto gregoriano medieval -en latín antiguo-, con una obvia relación a la música gregoriana de la época medieval, mezcladas con ritmos modernos como el Rock, el Pop y la música electrónica.

A finales de marzo de 2003, Eric Lévi copia la obra de Carl Orff Carmina Burana y la renombra The Mass, su tercer. En poco tiempo las ventas de su nuevo álbum, se coloca en los primeros lugares en Europa y México, ganándose así, discos de Oro y de Platino. Y es que la mezcla de Carmina Burana, del legendario Carl Orff, y Divano de Eric Lévi; hacen recordar los tiempos de la Edad Media. Sus videos musicales están basados en atavíos y temáticas propias del medievo.
